Support, Inc. believes that no one should be excluded from the joy of adventure and the friendships and memories that stem from them. Our BACPAC program enables the people Support, Inc. serves to share in experiences firsthand by moving beyond day-to-day life and exploring some of the amazing things Colorado has to offer on specially staffed adapted activities throughout the year. Our programming provides experiences that are meant to promote independence, instill confidence, develop peer relationships, and expand self-esteem by emphasizing each individual's abilities. The all-inclusive program design makes having fun and learning new skills easy. Trips are all pre-staffed by certified providers and volunteers and are all inclusive in cost of activity fees, meals, accommodations, transportation, and staff cost.

Our activities offer something to surely fit everyone's interests and budget. As an added benefit, our host home providers are all offered free community theatre, sports, museum, and circus tickets through BACPAC's ArtReach membership helping to provide fun and mind expanding community activity options beyond formal BACPAC programming.

Here are a few examples of some of the programming offered to Support, Inc participants:

Trip Design

The character of each activity reflects the specific needs of the individual participants in the small group. Activities include recreational adventures such as horseback riding, day festivals, fishing, and day hikes to life skills and independence building programming such as money management and cooking courses. Small staffing ratios allow for our groups to learn, enjoy themselves, and build friendships while out in the community in a safe manner.

Trip Costs

The cost for an activity varies depending on the nature of the adventure. The fee for the trip is paid by the participant and includes: transportation; activity/admission fees; equipment purchase/rental; food/meals; and other staffing/miscellaneous external costs.
