Historically, mental and behavioral health support has not been a part of providing job readiness, search and placement services for intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals. But now, through our innovative partnership with Easterseals Colorado, this is all changing. 

Our clinical staff works closely with both the client and their entire support team to proactively design the best working environment for all involved. This might include attending to areas such as medication management, assisting with cognitive difficulties, addressing physical limitations and more.  By including these clinical services as a core component to job placement, an individual’s success in obtaining and maintaining a job is significantly improved.
