Items Needed for Thursday, August 20
We’ll do two stories:
The Monster on Grandma’s Bed Scavenger Hunt!
Find the following items:
- A mixing bowl (preferably plastic of metal)
- A big spoon
- A bottle of vanilla extract (or something that smells like vanilla)
- A pillow
- A stuffed animal (or something that feels furry)
- A flashlight
- A piece of black paper or cloth
- A fuzzy or soft blanket or towel
Lay the items out in order.
Rapunzel Scavenger Hunt!
- An herb or spice that smells fresh (basil, dill, mint, etc)
- A LONG piece of yarn, string, or rope (REALLY LONG if possible)
- Something with a smooth, flat surface — a dinner plate, a picture frame, or a mirror would work
- A small piece of silky fabric (a necktie, a silly handkerchief, etc.)
